Management Quality Survey (360-degree)
PII conducts a 360-degree survey of senior managers to determine their (1) attitude, (2) skills, and (3) behaviors toward operational or industrial safety. The quantitative results of the survey are used to find the strengths and weakness of each manager, each department, and the organization as a whole. Weak areas can be clearly identified and improved with a focused approach. The severity of the weakness, as revealed by the survey's quantitative results, is identified to prioritize the corrective actions.
This survey is comprehensive and objective. The results are well-correlated to the future safety performance of the organization.
