PII performs field research
and real life case studies to understand some specific aspects of
how to prevent, detect, and correct performance problems. For the
past three years, PII has sponsored or co-sponsored over 110 field
research projects and 550 real life case studies. A typical research
project takes a team of experts two to three years to complete.
All the project concentrate on large scale field survey data, facts
(not perceptions) and real life applications. The findings from
the research and case studies are incorporated into PII’s
training courses and quantitative assessment methods. A list of
