PII prevents project failures by ensuring the development of a successful project organization and by facilitating a comprehensive control loop for your project. The successful organization includes effective control, command, communication and coordination systems. The control loop monitors all key performance indicators, including leading and real-time, and compares them to the project expectations. Any deviations are comprehensively analyzed for root cause (see "Event Investigation Expertise" above) and effective corrective actions are implemented before irreversible damage is done.
