The History of Performance Improvement

Performance Improvement International (previously FPI International) was founded in 1987 in the United States with a strong commitment to prevent failures through an integrated approach. This approach encompasses all three areas that could be responsible for a failure:

  • Organizational / Programmatic Breakdowns

PII is not just a Research & Development Company. All PII consultants spend the majority of their time in the field as practitioners. In general, they are required to spend 60% of their time performing field investigations, 20% of their time performing case studies and research, and the remaining 20% of their time conducting seminars. PII currently has more than 50 professionals working around the clock and over 150 specialists in various disciplines to help our clients improve performance cost-effectively.
