Consultant: Full Time / Part Time
PII currently has open positions for experienced consultants. The successful candidates must have an engineering degree, with an MS or MBA preferred. The candidates should possess at least 15 years of plant or field operational experience, including 5 years in a management position. Prior experience in human performance improvement or analysis, equipment root cause analysis, injury reduction, or organizational and programmatic root cause analysis is a must. These positions require extensive domestic and international travel for client assignments and field research. We seek candidates who are willing to work hard for the benefit of our clients, and who share the core values and vision of PII.
